NO,NO,NO,NO,NO!!!!! reverse split.... They are talking about a possible buy back of shares and that is just talk right now... But it is under consideration...... More people need to call the company and give them there overall opinion and approach to the share count... I have proposed a possible share buyback and when needed if needed just do a secondary offering or an S-8.... My personal spin on those proposals I believe would gain immediate credibility to PRWT... PRWT could become the first company to do such a thing and move the stock to the 2 to 3 dollar level immediately... PRWT would set a precedent in the entire stock market and well respected in the investmetn community....
