No New 13's Today... Lower or Upper... The lack of 13's for the past two weeks has been a good barometer for the market direction... Sometimes holding on to cash is the best trade you can make... When the quantity of 13's increases to the 5 or more per day level on a consistent basis we should be out of this correction... Jim
