If the issue is Starr (and not Clinton's actions) why hasn't he been fired?

Clearly, if he were really "out of control", as the White House alleges, wouldn't it be proper for Clinton to have him fired?

If a partisan out of control prosecutor was harassing an innocent government official, wouldn't the just, proper and competent action be to fire him? Of course.

So until Clinton/Reno fire him, he's should be considered competent and non-partisan.
