Don't know what you're talking about, Lamar. I see a 144 for 9,333 shares, filed JUNE 1, and just reported now on the 12th.

ALYA got its start in life by pooling together small contributions from employees and friends. Many of those date back 3 years, and equate to around 0.50 per share.

Those folks now are looking at a profit of 150%. Many of them are not wealthy people, they cannot eat stock, and they would like to get some or all of their initial back. One would think you would understand, since 46% was enough for you.

When you want to sell, all you have to do is pick up the phone or type some keystrokes. ALYA's original investors, who made your 46% possible, have to file a 144 and expose themselves to being flamed by you.

Think about it.
