Jim: Agree with all your points. I would like to know more about the Symbios fab, how it currently fits into the business. As you rightly point out, fabs are capital intensive, especially to keep them up to date. I see TI is going to produce its new 1394 product with the 0.25 process and shift to 0.18. I would be surprised if the Symbios fab is better than 0.35.
