Makes sense as I have mentioned here before - I don't think CHKPF would be happy with a NETA acquisition though. CHKPF at current levels is definitely a takeover candidate in light of industry consolidation in the security space. To the other poster - regarding horsepower of VPN's - not much more in the way of horses required for VPN's - they are typically housed on the same machine providing firewall services. -Jay
