I think your looking a little shy in the finish line if you're looking at .1, That would set to co at 16 mil Mkt val. if my numbers are correct on the public float. Personally I think this has the fundamental to gain to the 1.00 mark with a few good announcements and some positive cash flow shown in the near term.
