I believe National Discount Brokers allows you to use both decimals and fractions relevant to Penny Stocks. I am not sure about E-Trade. I'll be transferring my account from AMERI-TRADE to either or. Ameritrade only allows BB trades by contacting the broker. $23 total for unlimited shares.BEST REGARDS
