Yes, both have flat rates, BUT, and I dont know anything about Etrade, there is no sur-charge per share for pennies, you can trade pennies online, BB and OTC, if you trade a stock 10 times in one day, there is only one charge of 14.95 on the web not 10 * 14.95. Check it out at www.ndb.com Bill
