I just talked to John Schmitz at 11:53 AM. He said that they want to get this company on the major stock markets eventually.They have accountant's, the SEC. and their attorneys working on this. He also said I don't know how these rummors about reverse splits and buy backs are getting started, I never said anything about a split or buy back. They're just going to let it ride for now while they work out all the details of the entire business. They are at the very begining stages of this whole thing and a lot is happening very quickly. John also said that they are working on several PR's but didn't say when they would be out and I didn't ask. He sounds like a very nice and likeable person. Very easy to talk to. Kevinh If you can, go ahead and post this on SI. Maybe it will help answer some of the questions that the people have about the PRWT plans and John as a person.
