It's the oddest thing .... They seem to have so much going for them. They have huge government contracts in Europe and elsewhere, they don't have much overhead, they can easily penetrate a market by merely leasing office space, and the technology they offer - integrating legacy data systems, is in high demand as companies try to avoid discarding their investments in current data warehousing and update, for Millions. Sounds great. But the mere delay of two new products hurt them big-time. Now they're restructuring AGAIN. I give up! My only thought regarding insider buying at this time is the possibility that they are setting APTS up for purchase by a larger software co. Maybe I got out too soon? Probably not, since I can't really tell what's going on with them. Good luck to all.......Russ
