EXACTLY while they are checking with there supervisor you just missed the boat!! I called them at 9am this morning to make sure they straightened out my account yesterday. They said yes, put a limit order in at 10 cents to buy, then at 9;28 I saw the ask up to 10.4, called ameritrade back, stated there is a problem with the account, put me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back apologized, by that time I missed a 2 cent move as I am day trading mostly on this stock!!!I told nancy the first broker at 9:am, if there are any problems with the account call me back by 9:20 as I explained how this stock runs up in a short period of time I still have not received a call back from the vp of customer service, mary faye!!!
