the trading day and reenter your position AFTER the market closes at a better price.
(example. You are LONG @ 1100 and during the day the market drifts to 1090. You
could go FLAT BEFORE the market closes (no points) and then reenter your LONG
position AFTER the market closes at the closing price.

its not the premium that kills you
its the spread
so you need to be right about the direction and get a good point move
and for example
i bought a put at 20 3/4 yesterday on the NAZ
well now the sucker is bidding 17 1/4 to 18 1/4 because the NDX is UP..thanks to MSFT...so it maybe one I have to hold if we dont retrace today...it is common to have a 1.5 spread on index options
