The private-labelling proposal is not for LonWorks, but for ALYA's implementation of a building security system on the LonWorks platform. ALYA is so far out in front on IMPLEMENTATION that their own competitors in the controls industry are approaching them to market ALYA's products under their own brand, rather than spending 18 months or more trying to reinvent the wheel.

If the distinction between the LonWorks platform and ALYA's implementation is not clear to you, consider this: Anybody can develop a word processor in Visual Basic to run under Windows. Would you rather do that, or simply use Word?

ALYA's co-development agreement with Motorola (just extended) and licenses for Echelon chips do not flow out of the LonWorks Association, but represent special relationships that the company has forged in this exciting new technology. The growing global acceptance of LonWorks as the platform of choice in the controls industry validates ALYA's position on the cutting edge of its market sector.

Suddenly, Mr. Watson, you have appeared out of nowhere to try to slam this stock based on pseudo-DD which you obviously do not understand yourself. I am asking myself a question: How tall are you?
