There's a bit of talk here and there about the stock going to $1 and even higher. I support that talk, but I have some questions about it because I don't see it so clearly. The way I see it now, $1/share gives the company a market cap of $750 million ($1 x 750,000,000 total shares).

The first PR gave us $10 M in revenues, and this second one (rumored for Monday) gives us more apparently, so let's assume it's $20M.

What is the profit from this $30 million? I don't know. But just for fun, let's say it's 12%. PRWT profit so far: $3.6 million.

So the EPS would be .0048/share. Factor in a P/E ratio of 20 and PRWT's share price would be around 9.6 cents/share.

All I'm saying is that about 10 times as much good news/contracts would have to come out to get the 9.6 cents to a dollar. I do not have the experience or the wisdom to know if that is doable, but I put it out to the group that that is the scope of the challenge that lies ahead if $1/share is to be reached.

(Note: A P/E ratio of 40+, like a YHOO stock, and the amount that needs to be earned is cut in half. There's more food for thought.)
