I spoke with John CEO of PRWT/PanAmerican several weeks ago.. He never said there will be a reverse merger... According to John, he and other officers in his company have not decided on how to handle PRWT's shares. #### He did emphasize they will act in the BEST interest of his shareholders.. #### REVERSE SPILT was a rumor posted and fear posted by others who had a bad experience with other co...
