Wall Street City site has an investor alert on their web page. The
10-week Overbought/Oversold indicator (i.e., 10-week net
avance-decline) may soon crossover from oversold level to give a buy
signal.

As for the Electrical-Semiconductor and Electrical-Semiconductor
Equipment groups, the indices for these groups that I maintain gave a
dual crossover of the 14-day Wilder RSI and the 21-day Stochastic on
Tuesday (cross above 30 and 20, respectively). That was also the
same day that the Nasdaq gave a confirmed uptrend signal of ADR/X moving above 25 and the DirMov crossing above 0. Both the Dow and
S&P are still unconfirmed uptrends.
