I recently purchased the AIQ technical analysis software package, and thought that an AIQ forum might be useful for AIQ users to exchange ideas. One question I have is: what set of technical indicators do you find work the best in identifying/confirming an impending upward price move after a period of consolidation? Does anyone put much weight in seeing a very low volatility reading?
