I get the point. 540 million shares at $0.10/sh is a market cap of $54 million. Then with a 50-1 RS (there, I didn't say the R words), the share price would be $5. Hold $5 at 54 mill market cap for 30 days, and the stock could qualify for nasdaq listing (assuming I understand the requirements correctly). Could be beneficial. Although in general I've heard the contrary opinion. - Fred
