Where did 540 million shares come from? Last I heard it was 165 million shares.....540 million is twice the population of the USA, give me a break. Also NASDAQ requirements are $4 not $5 a share. Unless that changed over night too. Sometimes hard to tell on the OTC:BB.... LT
