IBCX announced a 'new concept' in on-line trading called Ubarter.com, to open on July 20. I think the concept is as interesting as auctioning on-line and their release was posted under Onsale's stock quote on Newsalert.com.

I'm wondering if anyone thinks barter could take off as well as auctioning has.
