Placed a call to my local NASD office today. Frankel up to usual tricks -- all day, bid has been below last trade. The wheels of justice are beginning to turn. Once again, for your convenience, here is the list of Regional NASD offices. nasdr.com If you call them up and complain about "Price domination", they will know what you are talking about. Please note: there was a typo in a previous post. Frankel's MM symbol is FRAN, not FRAM. Please let me know about your experiences with NASD Regulators by PM. Although it has been necessary to use the thread to get the word out on the MM manipulation which has held ALYA's price back for the last couple of weeks, it will be best if we take this discussion private. There are plenty of positive developments with the company itself to talk about. I'm doing some more research on the Echelon tie-in -- will post more after I nail down a couple of points.
