ALL:back to PRWT(that IS what we're here for...) Mr Murphy posted earlier that PRWT made it into the weekly National Mortgage News on June 22nd. I asked him if he could post it, but he was only able to fax it to me. Nothing really new here, but I thought you all would like to see it anyway, so I quote: "PANAMERICAN/PUREWATER MERGE New York-Purewater Sciences International Inc. has reported that it has completed it's merger with international mortgage and finance company PanAmerican BanCorp., and the two companies have started their first major subdivision in Belize. The companies reported that the model homes will be ready in September and that PanAmerican will begin taking the first applications for mortgages then. The subdivision will total about 1,800 homes. About $10 million in pass through certificates will fund the initial loans for the project. PanAmerican expects to issue more certificates to fund the estimated $150 million in mortgage money needed for the companies' housing efforts in Belize." Adam
