Alan: Thanks for the info. No, I'm not short SCON anymore. Made around 10% on a quick SCON short a while back. It refused to break down so I took a hike. It's on my list to reshort at some point so I'm keeping an eye on it. I wouldn't read too much into that master lease agreement. You'll often see these small companies getting similar deals just after doing a stock offering. Kinda like, "Oh, you have money now? OK, now we'll lend you some." Good luck with it. drakes353
