Your information on the SEC complaint procedure is in correct. Since I reside in NORTH CAROLINA, the DISTRIC OFFICE in ATLANTA will be handling the investigation!!!! The Securities & Exchange District office is located at 3475 Lenox Rd. NE, Suite 1000, Atlanta Georgia 30326. Phone number 404-842-7600. The complaint will be drafted and mailed to the SEC 7/1/98!! Per your request I will keep you posted of the status of the SEC's investigation of PRWT ETC, ETC. BEST REGARDS
