This is in followup to Brady's post. The work of Jon Tara on the Zulu thread is not respected by the vast overwhelming majority of Zulu thread participants and investors. In fact, I liken him to the following situation.

We've just decided that we're going to throw a great benefit concert in order to raise money for charity, we are out of work musicians looking to provide music lessons or there is a lecture of a prominent speaker that we'd like all to hear.

So in order to help our causes, we make some leaflets up and post them all over town. Not in any kind of damaging way do these leaflets get posted. They are posted artistically and conscientiously. Where I live, in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts, this is done all of the time.

But there's only one problem. No matter how great the cause, no matter how great the need, there's always this individual that goes around and takes down all of the leaflets in the square. He does this every single day. He doesn't work, he doesn't talk to anyone. He just goes around, on a daily basis, taking down everyone's leaflets--no matter what the cause. Indeed, he does his very best to distract and detract from the good work of others.

Jon Tara, with respect to his views concerning Zulu, is very similar to this guy at Harvard Square. And just like I've debated with this man not to take down the artistic leaflets in the square, so have I debated Jon Tara. My conclusion in each instance is that it's useless. The man will keep tearing down the leaflets in Harvard Square and Jon Tara will keep tearing down Zulu. In fact, it's rare that he posts anywhere else but the Zulu thread.

So, I endorse what my Zulu colleague Brady, before me, has stated. I too hope that Doubleclick soars, because with it will be Zulu benefit in DCLK's coattails.

In closing, good luck to all of you. Come visit Zulu from time to time, if you'd like.

Best wishes,
PartyTime
