Rory... I guess that's what I was celebrating, too. It was yesterday, right??!! I have said it before: this stock is all or nothing. If they get beat to actual CONTRACT either by politics, power, or value...they've got a long road to hoe. If there is a contract imminent (which I believe based on reading between the lines and making inferences), then the door is open, and barring a gross under performance of expectation...the competition will have a difficult time to unseat. More likely, one would see cooperative alliances developing at some point in time. Of course, at this point, everything is mostly conjecture; but this penny has a good solid feel to it. SOLON
