There was a similar case in St. Louis a couple of years ago involving a dancer named Busty Heart. She slapped a guy in the face with her 88 inches and he sued for similar injuries. I don't recall the outcome of the case.

Busty once sued the Cardinals when they wouldn't let her in the ballpark as part of a PR stunt. She makes Morganna look like Kate Moss in the bust department.
