True, but it's not currently going up, and therefore it's relevant to me in looking for the most ridiculously low valuation possible, before the deal. If they were worth 5 mil or more, they would seem significant. Speaking of the deal, the preliminary details look fair to both sides. No room for 'creative accounting' by the company, yet they have very high reward potential with very little risk. I like it.
