lazzare, I am disappointed in you. In spite of your values, you are still supporting the propaganda of the socialists. Perhaps your core values are not as you stated, but instead you are a true socialist at heart. In reference to your article, the appointment of Chief justice Earl Warren was the worst mistake made by the Eisenhower administration. Judge Warren started an era where judges "created" law instead of simply Interpreting and enforcing it. Was this liberally interpreted "created law" constitutional since it was not enacted by representatives elected by the people? I think not. It did perpetuate the concept of an "engineered society" which was initially started by a Socialist Democratic President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Btw, lazzare, the Libertarian National convention is being convened in Wash., DC. I understand that Neal Boortz is addressing this convention at approximately 2 PM today. This is supposed to be broadcast by C-Span. I suggest you watch and listen. You might learn something. (Remember, he is a former liberal democrat.)
