Well, I see their are others that can't ignore the threads even when the markets are closed. I've seen this question several times and think I can help. When you see a stock trading with no bid or ask it often means you have a locked market, that being the market makers are moving around so quickly due to order flow that the bid and offer actually are the same which on the bulletin board and even the Nasdaq small-cap often show as no bid/offer. This is not to be confused with a crossed market which occurs when the bid is higher than the ask thus giving the appearance that their are only buyers, again it happens in a moving market and it means some MM wasn't paying attention. Note that if an MM doesn't catch it in a timely fashion they get their hand slapped by the regulatory bodies and must step out of the market for no less than one hour.
Hope that helps, only 56 hours until we begin our PRWT journey again.
