yes, there is a rather large float, but only about 170 mill reserved for trading, it seems as though the rest are being reserved for acuisitions, such as was done with AWS. Are you saying that there are 500M shares outstanding, and 170 in the float? I don't think I'd use the word "only" to qualify either. And bear in mind just how MANY shares would have to be used to buy anything worth having. Remember also that restricted shares are not restricted forever. More important still: how many shares are authorized?
