Reversing, at some point, seems the logical thing to do. One of the initial concerns was that the company was issuing shares in payment for film rights. A spokesman for the investment banking firm said they would not issue more equity until there was positive cash flow. Who knows when this determination will be made. Issuing shares at a very low price causes significant dilution. A reversal theoretically increases price, so that distribution of equity thereafter is less. It is always a tradeoff. We are pretty much left to watch and wait.
