Did you guys notice? Considering the amount of outstanding shares on PRWT, it moves on small volume. I believe, the MM's are hungry for shares. They lower the bid down once they see people are selling. But the ask does not go far from where it came from. It shows that the MM's are really trying to shake this one.JMHO. ***new on SI...just stating what I have noticed that last couple of weeks.
