Depends on news. This is a great time to buy, as if news is released price will immediately go up, and then you may be kicking yourself for not getting in. I was looking when stock was at .006 (I was attracted by high volume) but did not act until stock hit .046 on first run up. Did I kick myself? Have permanent shoe mark on rear. Buy on dips as most agree we have a winner. As for Market Makers, maybe MM=Mind Messing.
