Oh man.... someone finally suing Anderson for a failed implementation. Why not sue SAP I wonder? What a can of worms this is. I have to say, that in my experience the customer management is usually at least equally to blame for these implementation fiascos.

Andersen used trainees instead of experienced professionals

Interesting, Andersen has a bunch of different levels of people. Of course the junior people are the cheapest. I wonder if that accusation will stick because Im sure Anderson would love to get as many "senior" people into a site as possible.
