Hola everyone!! New to SI here. Well, not yet, still on 30D trial. Should have joined earlier when it was around $100 for lifetime mem. Been following this thread for some time now.

Bear in mind that Andersen is NOT the only big 6 (or 4, whatever number they're at now) guilty of this kind of practice. In a typical implementation (may it be SAP, ORCL, PSFT, JD Edwards, etc) with one of these guys running the show, they usually have only a couple of experienced professionals onsite doing most of the high level planning and analysis. These "experienced" folks go upwards of $250@hr. Hands-on development is done by a big group of inexperienced consultants, who are billed at anywhere from $150-$250. It is very common that these junior consultants and the customers' project members take training classes provided by the vendors together. I'm just wondering if this case will open up the door for more of this kind of lawsuits.

Anyway, does anyone know when SAP's going to be listed here in the U.S.? And .14 vs .21??!! My goodness.
