The news release also mentions that fact about the 5% origination fee and another 2% service fee.....to me this equals more green!!! Last time I bought a house, the origination fee was over and beyond the mortgage!!! AND John gets to get another 2% on the remainder of the loan, as a bookkeeping prize.....pretty slick!
