LLCoolG .. Notwithstanding your chats w/ Ron Codd ....

I think it is so much hogwash that financial numbers are manipulated to the degree you suggest. It seems to me this would border on fraud and a few other things and I do not think PS is into that sort of thing.

To suggest that the Board manipulated results to force a downturn in the stock price is ludicrous in my mind - unless there is some evidence for this. Shortly after the Q1 release was the Asian flu round 2 and the whole market was hit. Are you also saying the insiders would not sell at the high levels over $50 and would wait until stock lowered due to their supposed manipulation and then sell at lower prices? Why would they sell back in Feb? Recently someone posted insider sales in the 40's (concerned I believe at what mgmt was doing)? I can't believe these guys would shoot themselves in their collective feet.

What makes you think they could have hit $0.15? Did Ron Codd tell you that - I don't think so?

I don't mean to sound angry here, but unless some learned folks weigh in with some evidence here, I cannot agree with the proposition you present. Some people who post here seem to think the Board dreams up a number they ought to hit and manipulate figures to make it happen.

Am I totally naive or what? I realize there may be some room to adjust here or there on borderline dates as to when books close, but I can't believe there is room to make wild swings.
