"I remember. And to refresh, my statement has come true I made on June 21 and it's July 8. Here's it is again. "
Yes and I remember that you, or no one else for that matter responded to my question.
I also direct your attention to the market cap.
This makes the projected gross earnings .01555 cents per share.
Assuming net retained earnings of 25% (which is generous)
That puts the net earning per share at .00388
mith an eps ratio of 20 (which is fair)
that puts the realistic share price of PRWT at .077 cents
Now, time will tell what the Access Wallstreet returns will be, and time will also tell if the mortage business does as well as projected.
Some people will buy at prices higher than 7.7 cents because they will be taking into account what might happen in the future.
Myself, I only deal with what is here and now.
The bashers will be quick to point out doom and gloom what if scenarios. That is pointless, because they have not, may not, and most likely will not happen.
Now they hypesters will talk about what could happen too, only they are the opposite of the bashers. They will make statements like the stock will go to $1 or to $5. This is also a pointless waste of time.
Facts are facts, tomorrow, the estimated market value should be in the 7 to 8 cent range. not 10 cents, not 20 cents, and certainly not 50 cents.
for those that are stating the stock will go to $1, this is what the earnings will have to be to make the stock worth that:
The net earnings (revenue after all expenses, pre income tax) will have to be 27 million.
Now remember I said net earnings will have to be 27 million
at 25% profit margin, that puts gross revenues at 108 million.
Could it happen. Maybe.
In the first year. Doubtful. Second year? Probably not. Third Year. Possibly. Fourth Year. Good chance. Fifth Year? Most likely.
are those of you here going to hold for 3 to 5 years?
If so, enjoy the ride, you'll make it.
for those who think being long means 2 months,
if you think the stock will reach $1 on anything more than a well orchistrated pump and dump, you are setting yourself up for a disappointment.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
On the issue of shorting a penny stock in Canada.
I called brokers at thes companies.
Midland Walwyn (now Merryl Lynch) Toronto Dominion Bank Scotia Mcleod (Division of Bank of Nova Scotia) Wood Gundy (Div of C.I.B.C) Nesbitt burns (Bank of Montreal) Hong Kong bank of Canada Yorkton Securitys
I asked how I could set up an account for short selling stocks.
They all had the same requirements. all securities to be shorted must be marginable stocks, meaning $5.00 or more, and on major exchanges (Amex, Nasdaq, NYSE, TSE (some Montreal, Some Alberta, few VSE, few Nasdaq, small cap, NO OTC or CANADIAN UNLISTED
In short, John Q. Public cannot short BB stocks.
Someone earlier stated he shorted PRWT with a canadian account and that you needed $250,000 to do it.
all of the above said they couldn't do it even if you had 100 million in your account.
So it comes down to this.
The only way to short a bb stock, is to have an account with the MM who is making a market in that stock.
Since MM deal in big dollars, you had better have big dollars if you intend to get in on Shorting a BB. Keep in mind, MM are watched by the SEC closely. If they really had teams coming on SI to trash a stock they were short on, do you think they would risk it on a stock under $5 ?
why would they put their career and freedom on the line (as it is illegal to do the above) just to make a few dollars on the volatility of a 13 cent stock.
If they were going to risk it all, they would pick a higher priced stock in the $$$ to trash down to pennies.
Example DGIV short at $7 , then try to trash down under a dollar (not saying that is what happened, but it could)
How many MM do you think shorted BRE-X when DeGuzman jumped (thrown) out of a helicopter in March of 1997? think about that shorting at $15, then covering at 9 cents.
why waste it or risk it on 13 cents. ------------------------------------------------------------------ It is nice that you started a positive PRWT thread, but that doesn't make sence. Should the bashers then go and make a Negatice Prwt thread? "Prwt, negative talk only"
When I suggested a news only thread, I meant a thread where only press releases, emails from the company, interviews with the company, articles in print about the company, and any other relevant information. No posts yelling RA RA, or posts calling people names, or posts asking the same questions that have been aske 100s of times.
--------------------------------------------------------------------- In closing, then I'll go back to lurking, there are hundreds of you posting and watching this thread....most of you have not looked into the company. Maybe read a few posts here, maybe clicked on the web site, maybe even read all of the press releases. It is doubtful that most of you have called the company, asked for an investor package. Asked to be on an update list. Called the bbb of new york (it is online you know)
a lot of people are going to ride the momentum buying of this stock, and many are going to get in at the top.
Then it will begin to slide.
Some of you will panic and bail.
some of you will have false hope(it's a market maker shakeout, the shorts are coming in, call in your certs) and you will hold because you think it will resume the up movement.
then it will sink lower.
More will bail, their losses more substantial (they will be mad)
Then it will sink even lower, probably past the 7.7 cents which is realistic. Then those that lost a bundle will assume their roles as angry posters (sometimes mistakenly called bashers)
More will bail, the stock sinking lower and lower.
then it will go so low that the bottom feeders will show up, and buy up a lot.
Then another slew of press releases, then the whole viscious cycle begins again.
At this price, I will probably buy some tomorrow.
I am not a basher.
I am not a hypist.
I am an investor. I prefer to hold long (3 to 5 years) but if I smell a pump and dump, as I do here, I usually do not stick around for long.
Those who claim to be longs, you have an opportunity to help build a real company here.
And you can do it with a news only thread. You can do it by not posting to the moon posts. You can do it, by not saying evil market makers are shorting the stock, you can do it by educating those who do not know.
in short, you can help, those of us, that would like to see peenies become what they were before the internet...
cheap stocks that you bought and held because the long term potential was great.
Before the internet, pumps and dumps were so much harder to orchistrate(not impossible, boiler room telephone scammers are everywhere) |
