Just heard a local radio ad sponsored by an entity called "Citizens Educational Foundation" supporting Puerto Rico statehood from an angle I haven't heard. Their spin was lets make them a state so we can start collecting federal taxes from them. They urged listeners to call senator Rod Grahms ( R MN ) but didn't mention Paully Wellstone (D MN ). Speaking of Paully, he was one of two Senators voting against IRS reform.
