A personal friend of mine whose work I do has the same problem. He is two years behind and never seems to get his stuff together. Oh well...that is the problem one encounters when running their own business. Why don't you take the box to him and have one of his staff do it all for you? Sure would be easier than driving yourself nuts! -Scott
