After I sent this to Rubes I thought I should share what I have found out with everyone on the
thread.

Greetings Rube:

Actually, I have taken part of the month off--family vacation with the youngsters! And no, I am
not working for Howard now. In fact, Howard's mad at me again. This time for not coming to
his meeting a few weeks ago with the Russians. Of course he gave me about three days notice,
it would have cost me nearly 2000 for airfare,a nd I had to be in court during a trial. So now
Howard refuses to return any calls.

What I can say is that the Russian deal looks great. Russia will supply 10 cosmos rockets, each
capable of carrying large satellites into orbit, and each capable of generating appx 15 million for
launch fees. PLFM will also receive possession of the Space Ray Analogue, as well as unlimited
access to all design and engineering specifications--basically, all the intellectual property of the
Russian Space Program. In exchange PLFM will pay $450000 US
up front and commit to the Russian Space consortium of SIBNIA, Molniya, Tupolev, Ruduga,
P.O. Polyot and Antolov building a new generation of SpaceRay vehicles and Space Lifter
aircraft used to carry the SpaceRay to liftoff altitude.

Letters of commitment have been signed and all that remains is for PLFM to make the first
payment (I assume that they are waiting for the Brazil deal to generate the intial funding.)

So much for the Space Program news.

As far as Brazil is concerned, many many months ago Howard told me that they had a done
deal. What I have come to learn is that Howard was talking about the A Bandwidths.
Supposedly in Brazil, the A bands were already given to Brazilian companies. PLFM has their
frequencies for those bandwidths through Telesp. Nothing has been released because PLFM
and their partners are still waiting for the bidding for the various regions from the Telebras
breakup--these are the B bandwidths. Obviously, PLFM is not involved in the bidding but their
partners are. When and if they are successful, then the news will be released.

So much for now. I would predict that as July 29 approaches we will see a rise in stock price
similar to what we saw with the initial testing.

Good luck.
