Everyone has seen this one coming, but it's not really been addressed. So, here goes. Should TLC attempt to purchase Cendant's consumer software business? I expect that most of us will answer "yes, provided the price is right." My next question is, assuming a deal w/Cendant is struck, would the FTC allow it? Personally, I think getting that acquisition past the FTC would be iffy.
