These numbers are pretty telltale from a quick little spreadsheet I threw together back when we found out about AWS/InsiderTrading acquisition.
Below (TABLE ONE) is an example of what the net revenue projections could be on a daily basis for the number of Trades Per Day and the Net Revenue per trade.
TABLE ONE
Trades Net Revenue per trade per day $4 $5 $6 $6.50 $7.00 $7.50 500 2,000 2,500 3,000 3,250.00 3,500.00 3,750.00 1000 4,000 5,000 6,000 6,500.00 7,000.00 7,500.00 2500 10,000 12,500 15,000 16,250.00 17,500.00 18,750.00 5000 20,000 25,000 30,000 32,500.00 35,000.00 37,500.00 10K 40,000 50,000 60,000 65,000.00 70,000.00 75,000.00 25K 100,000 125,000 150,000 162,500.00 175,000.00 187,500.00 50K 200,000 250,000 300,000 325,000.00 350,000.00 375,000.00 100K 400,000 500,000 600,000 650,000.00 700,000.00 750,000.00 250K 1M 1.25M 1.5M 1.625M 1.75M 1.875M
More importantly to us, if you take these amounts multiplied by 200 trading days (I think there are more like 245, but I'm being conservative on the numbers) to get an annual NET INCOME amount and divide that by 750M (number of shares authorized), you arrive at the Net Income per share as follows:
