I doubt that there would be a buyout if a "poison pill" is involved.
Checking some of the RACE history, it seems that $71 per share was mentioned. Does anyone know the details????????
Another way around a poison pill would be for the investor to buy up as many shares as possible to hold a controlling interest.If this is the case, expect some kind of announcement soon.
