K: Again, you seem to keep bumping your head into the facts. Or as Shane Forbes (a gentleman of superior intelligence and integrity) said of your claims-"Baloney":

Shane was of course referring to your lie that you had purchased 75,000 shares of LSI at 21 and ¬.

I knew it was a lie before today, because the only day that you could have purchased that large a block was the day there was an opening block of 200,000 shares sold. . However, integrity is not your long suit. Is it K? Your purpose on this thread was and is to drive down the price of LSI during this interim period so that the people you represent could purchase as much LSI for as cheap a price possible before this pivotal conference call.
But your problem is that you lose credibility because your own facts contradict your boasts:
What do I mean?
Today you indicated in one of your harangues that;
I bought near the bottom of this down move in the sox which hit 226.

However, K you have a little problem with what lawyers call the facts.
You see K; as the accompanying charts indicate the time period when you supposedly bought LSI at 21 and ¬ isn't the same time period as the low in the Sox, when you also claimed to have bought LSI at 21 and ¬

Indeed, when LSI hit its low, the Sox would drop another 10% before it would hit its low. What does this prove other than cast another doubt on your credibility? It says to me that you are not even a good liar-just a determined one.
So to those prospective buyers who are hesitant about buying into LSI because of the fear mongering K has attempted to inject onto this board in the past two months (he claims three, but the facts say otherwise), don't say I didn't present the facts. |
