Jim -- I've noticed a correlation, as you've pointed out, between the # of new 13s and the market's general direction. Yet numerous savvy posters on SI seem pretty cautious about the overall strength of the market from various TA perspectives -- not to mention on-going high valuations that may or may not be justified from a fundamental sense.
