Darrel, I read the offering as follows.... Max amount of shares to be issued (incentive + options)= 1,950,000 price at which offered = $51,614,062.50 therefore price/share = $51,614,062.50/1,950,000 sh = $26.46875/share Again, as of July 13, 1998, Management sees employee stock options priced at $26.46/sh a good deal for its employees!!!
