I am a patent/trademark attorney who has been lurking here for some time (holding long). RE the various comments on the name, the strength of any name from the trademark perspective is inversely related to how descriptive it is of the products and services provided. "Apple" is not at all related to computers, so is an extremely strong trademark for computer products and services. "Frank's Roofing Company", on the other hand, is an example of a very descriptive, and hence very weak, trademark. A descriptive name is generally favored by the marketing folks, but is not enforceable as a trademark unless and until it gains "secondary meaning" (recognition in the marketplace). For this reason, I would have preferred to see PRWT use something a little less descriptive than "Insider trading". Nonetheless, if the site is successful as I believe it will be, the name will eventually garner the needed secondary meaning. In the meantime, we can be of service to the company by being on the lookout for any knock-off sites that attempt to do business under the same or a similar name. Under recent rulings, the domain name can also be considered trademark usage and is able to be protected.

May I have a drink????
